The Best Gift I've Ever Gotten Myself - Birthday Freebie #4

One thing you should know about me is that I LOVE my dog.  Her name is Sally and she's a 5 year beagle that I rescued when she was about 1.  She is sweet, spoiled and oh, so snuggly.  When I adopted her, they told me that she is blind, but I think she's fooling us all.  Except for the occasional header into a wall, she is unstoppable!  She's a good reminder that no matter what your challenges are, you should run, not walk, through life.

I love to take pictures of her and have been known to torture her with Halloween costumes and other embarrassing props. Sorry, Sally!  I have an invisible line drawn in my head that has me convinced that if I don't put little sweaters or dresses on her, it's not so bad...  So, in honor of Sally, the best gift I've ever given myself, today's freebie is dog-themed.  It's a syllable sort that I use in my pocket chart station.  There's a recording sheet included so you can hold the kids accountable for their work.  I hope you enjoy it!

  2. AWWW! Sally is precious! I don't think that it is torture putting clothes on fur babies at all! My little Henry pushes his head through the neck hole of his shirts, and when I take them off of him he tries to put them back on himself. Haha! Happy Birthday!

  3. Hi Donna! I just came across your great blog! I have a class blog going and noticed you have a cute font---"coming soon", I think!--and it is one of bloggers newer web fonts. I am trying hard to get that font on my blogger posts. I seem to be able to add this font to my side bar, links, titles, etc. but not my posts. Did you by chance need to do anything special to get the "coming soon" font for your posts? Was it one if your choices when you are posting and use the drop down menu with your font choices? If you have any thoughts on this, I would love to hear them! :) Thanks for sharing all your great ideas!!!

  4. Katie - If you go into your Template Designer and click on the Advanced tab, the first choice you have is Page Text. If you change that to "Coming Soon" you should be all set to go. Hope this helps!

  12. Numerous individuals are scared by the general thought of advances, yet you shouldn't be. A credit is an administration that is there for you to exploit, and however they require a touch of push to get, they are ready and waiting and the most exceedingly terrible thing that can happen is that you are not endorsed for one and you need to search for another. payday loans chicago
